COVID-19: Continuity Statement

Following the worldwide concern regarding COVID-19, we would like to reassure all our stakeholders that Hildon recognises these concerns and has taken steps as reasonably practical to ensure the safety of its employees, customers and suppliers, whilst still being able to function as usual.

The health and well-being of our customers and team members has always been a top priority. For the foreseeable future we have introduced a daily screening for all our onsite staff and actioned a “work from home” protocol for those that can. We have implemented a “no contact” visiting drivers’ procedure with our suppliers. All face to face meetings are suspended and are now conducted via digital platforms.

During this time our delivery drivers will only be able to make doorstep deliveries, meaning that we are unable to offer our normal delivery service. If you are self-isolating, we will still be happy to deliver to you, but please contact our Customer Service (01794 301706) once you have placed your order to discuss specific arrangements, including where we can leave your order.

Furthermore, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we work to the highest hygiene standards with a robust quality programme in place supported by ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP systems.

Hildon has followed, and will continue to act in accordance to COVID-19 Government guidelines whilst still operating as normal.

Our team are here to help so should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at hildon@hildon.com.
