Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BAFTA Drinks Giveaway. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering.


The Prize

1 bottle of Taittinger Champagne, 1 bottle of red and 1 white of Casillero del Diablo wine , 1 case of Noam lager, 1 bottle of bottlegreen elderflower presse, 1 bottle of still and 1 sparkling Hildon natural mineral water, 2 bafta flutes and 2 hildon glasses. There are 5 prizes.

1. Promoter

This BAFTA drinks giveaway  is organised and administered by Hildon.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of mainland United Kingdom only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in disqualification.
  • Entries on behalf an anyone else is not permitted. 

3. Entry Period

  • The Giveaway opens upon announcement.
  • Closing date: Sunday 3rd May 2026 at 8:00pm (BST).
  • Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

  • Follow the instructions outlined in the Giveaway post.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • 5 brands, 5 prizes.  Follow any brand, Like the post and say who you'd watch the BAFTAs with. You can enter on any brand, each brand counts as one entry .

5. The Prize

  • The prize consists of a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
  • Due to the nature of the prize, it can only be awarded to individuals aged 18+.
  • The prize is:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-refundable
    • No cash alternative will be offered

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • Winners will be announced on Monday 4th May 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted via the platform used to enter.
  • If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to deliver prizes by Friday 8th May 2026.
  • Delivery is limited to mainland UK addresses only.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services.

8. Verification

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of age prior to dispatch.
  • Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Giveaway at any time if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for:
    • Entries not received due to technical issues
    • Loss, damage, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize (except where liability cannot be excluded by law)
    • This promotion is not affiliated with BAFTA
    • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any of the social media channels. 

11. Responsible Drinking

This prize contains alcohol. Winners are encouraged to consume responsibly and in accordance with UK laws.

12. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
